God’s Guidance

The “Guiding Light” – God’s guidance is described in John 3:16, which says that God loves the world so much that He gave His Son, illuminating the world with the light of this love.

The “Companion” – God’s guidance is also expressed in Romans 8:28, teaching that all things work together for good for those who love God.

The “Heart” – Ephesians 2:10 reminds us that we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, encouraging us to let God’s love shape our lives.

The “Compass” – The holy book provides instructions for how to behave, offering direction for a faithful life.

The “Bridge” – 1 Peter 2:24 speaks of Christ bearing our sins on the cross, showing us the path of humility and righteousness.

The “Anchor” – 2 Peter 3:9 tells us that the Lord is patient, desiring that all come to repentance, and offers grace to steady us.

The “Candle” – Psalm 16:8 declares, “I have set the LORD always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken,” reminding us of God’s constant presence.

The “Tree” – Genesis 1:1 affirms, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth,” establishing God as the source of all life and strength.

The “Fire” – 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us that “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self‑discipline,” guiding us to act boldly for good.

The “River” – 2 Timothy 4:5 urges believers to “show yourself a worker approved by God,” encouraging diligent service rooted in love.

Practical Ways to Apply These Teachings

Through these practices we embody God’s love, truth, and guidance, allowing us to live a purposeful and fulfilling life.
