Zephaniah 3 contains a message from the prophet Zephaniah regarding the judgment and restoration of Jerusalem.

Despite the impending judgment, God promises to gather the nations for the purpose of pouring out His wrath upon them. However, He also promises to leave a remnant of humble and righteous people among the nations who will trust in Him.

He assures them that God is in their midst and will rejoice over them with singing. He promises to gather the outcast, heal the afflicted, and bring back those who have been scattered.
