Deuteronomy 29:10

Ye stand this day all of you before the Lord your God: your captaines of your tribes, your Elders, and your officers, with all the men of Israel, Deuteronomy 29:10 (KJV)

Deuteronomy, the fifth book of the Old Testament and part of the Torah, records the laws and teachings given by God to Moses for the Israelites. In this chapter Moses addresses the people as they prepare to enter the Promised Land, emphasizing the covenant relationship between God and His people.
