“And I said unto my master, Peradventure the woman will not follow me.”

Despite his apprehension, the servant ultimately trusts in God’s providence to bring about the fulfilment of Abraham’s request. Similarly, we are reminded to trust in God’s providence and His faithfulness in fulfilling His promises.

God answers the servant’s prayer, and when he meets Rebekah, he recognises God’s hand at work. This emphasises the importance of seeking God’s guidance in our lives and being sensitive to His leading. God is actively involved in our lives, and as we trust and seek Him, He will guide us along the right path.
