Deuteronomy 5:3
The Lord made not this couenant with our fathers, but with vs: euen vs, who are all of vs here aliue this day. Deuteronomy 5:3 (KJV)
Deuteronomy is the fifth book of the Old Testament and contains the final speeches of Moses to the Israelites before they entered the Promised Land. In chapter 5 Moses recounts the giving of the Ten Commandments at Mount Sinai and emphasizes the covenant between God and the Israelites.
