John 5:9
And immediatly the man was made whole, and tooke vp his bed, and walked: And on the same day was the Sabbath. John 5:9 (KJV)
In John 5 Jesus traveled to Jerusalem and went to the pool of Bethesda, a place reputed to have healing properties. Many sick and disabled people gathered there, hoping an angel would stir the waters and bring cure.
