Acts 2:40

“From this untoward generation”:Peter’s exhortation was not only to accept salvation but also to separate themselves from the prevailing sinful attitudes and behaviours of their generation. The term “untoward” means “crooked” or “perverse.” Peter urged the people to turn away from the corrupt ways of the world and align themselves with God’s righteousness and truth.
