Daniel 4:15
“Nevertheless leave the stump of his roots in the earth, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts in the grass of the earth: Daniel 4:15 (KJV)”

b. God’s sovereignty and discipline: God is in control of all kingdoms and rulers. He has the power to exalt or bring down those who oppose Him.
c. Restoration and humbling: Even in times of discipline, God’s ultimate desire is to bring restoration and transformation. Nebuchadnezzar’s humbling was intended to teach him humility and acknowledge God’s authority.
