Hebrews 3:6

“But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.”

Context:The book of Hebrews was written to Jewish Christians who were facing persecution and considering turning back to their former Jewish religious practices. The author of Hebrews aims to demonstrate the superiority of Christ and the new covenant over the old covenant.

Christ as a Son over His own house:In this verse, Christ is presented as the Son who is in charge of His own house.
