Jeremiah 31:17
And there is hope in thine end, saith the Lord, that thy children shall come againe to their owne border. Jeremiah 31:17 (KJV)

Application: Trust in God’s promises. Just as God promised the restoration of Israel, He has given us many promises in His Word. When we face trials we can hold onto these promises with hope, confident that He is faithful to fulfill them and will bring about restoration and redemption in our lives.
Application: Pray for restoration and prosperity. We can intercede for our loved ones—children, family members, friends—asking God to bring them back to a vibrant relationship with Him and to cause them to prosper in faith, just as He promised the return and flourishing of Israel’s seed.
Application: Recognize God’s sovereignty. Jeremiah 31:17 reminds us that God is in control of history and of our personal circumstances. In uncertainty we can take comfort in His sovereign plan, surrendering our lives to Him and trusting that He will guide us through every situation.
