Luke 9:34

While he thus spake, there came a cloud, and ouershadowed them, & they feared, as they entred into the cloude. Luke 9:34 (KJV)

Luke 9:34 is part of the account of the transfiguration of Jesus Christ. Prior to this verse Jesus took Peter, James, and John up on a high mountain. While He was there His appearance changed—His face shone like the sun and His clothes became dazzling white.
