Malachi 2:1

“And now, O ye priests, this commandment is for you.”

Context:The book of Malachi is the last book in the Old Testament and it addresses the post-exilic community of Israel. The people had returned from Babylonian captivity and were struggling with spiritual apathy, disobedience, and corrupt practices. The prophet Malachi was sent by God to confront these issues and call the people back to faithfulness.
