Mary’s return home after three months marks a transition in her journey. During her stay she likely received instruction, guidance, and preparation for her role as the mother of Jesus. That period of waiting and learning would have strengthened her faith and equipped her for the challenges ahead.
Luke 1:56 encourages believers to seek fellowship and support from the community of faith during significant seasons. It reminds us that through such relationships we can find encouragement, confirmation of God’s promises, and patient preparation.
