Mark 13:12

Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the sonne: and children shall rise vp against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death. Mark 13:12 (KJV)

In the Olivet Discourse (Mark 13) Jesus answers His disciples’ questions about the destruction of the temple and the signs of His coming and the end of the age. He warns that before His return there will be false messiahs, wars, natural disasters, and persecution.
