Matthew 10:14

“And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.”

• a. We should prioritise sharing the message of the Gospel, but we cannot force anyone to receive it.
• b. It is important to discern when to persist and when to move on. There may be times when it is appropriate to graciously let go of unproductive or hostile conversations and focus on those who are receptive.
• c. We should not take personal offence or be discouraged by rejection. Instead, we can trust that God is working in people’s hearts and continue to faithfully share the message.

God’s Sovereignty:Ultimately, the results of our efforts to share the Gospel are in God’s hands. While it is our responsibility to faithfully proclaim the message, it is God who brings about the transformation in people’s hearts. We are called to be obedient messengers, leaving the outcomes to Him.
