Obadiah 1:17

“But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.”

Historical context: The book of Obadiah is the shortest book in the Old Testament and contains a prophecy against the nation of Edom. The Edomites were descendants of Esau, the brother of Jacob (Israel). They had been hostile towards the Israelites and rejoiced over their downfall.
