Psalms 54:7

For he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye hath seen his desire upon mine enemies.

Context

Psalm 54 is David’s prayer when the Ziphites told King Saul where he was hiding (1 Samuel 23:19). David was in real danger, and he cried out to God for help. Verse 7 is the joyful conclusion of that prayer. David speaks as if the deliverance has already happened, because he trusts God completely.
