2 Chronicles 20:23
“For the children of Ammon and Moab stood up against the inhabitants of mount Seir, utterly to slay and destroy them: and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, every one helped to destroy another.”
Context:2 Chronicles 20 recounts the story of King Jehoshaphat of Judah and his experience with a great multitude that came against him in battle. Jehoshaphat, upon hearing the news of the approaching armies, sought the Lord for guidance and gathered all the people of Judah to fast and pray. In response to their prayer, God spoke through a prophet and assured them of victory over their enemies.
