Psalms 75:3

The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.

Context

Psalm 75 is a psalm of Asaph, a Levitical leader in worship. The whole psalm speaks of God’s sovereign rule and His righteous judgment. In this verse, the psalmist declares that the earth and all its people are dissolved, yet God Himself says, “I bear up the pillars of it.“
