Psalms 146:5
Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God:

Context
Psalm 146 is a psalm of praise that calls God’s people to trust in the Lord rather than in human rulers. The surrounding verses contrast the frailty of mortal men, whose plans end at death, with the enduring faithfulness of God. Meaning
The word “happy” can also be translated “blessed” or “fortunate.” It describes a deep well-being and contentment that does not depend on outward circumstances.
